Strawberry Cooler

  • 1 cup fresh or frozen organic strawberries
  • 1/2 banana
  • 1 cup almond or coconut milk
  • 1 scoop Nutridyn Fruits and Greens – Strawberry Kiwi 
  • 1 tsp ground flaxseed 
  • Optional: 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
  • Use blender to blend all ingredients until smooth and enjoy!

Very Berry

  • 1 cup skim or almond milk
  • 1 cup blueberries (or mixed berries)
  • 1 scoop Nutridyn Fruits and Greens – Berry 
  • 1 tsp ground flaxseed or 1 tsp flax oil
  • Optional: 1 scoop protein powder
  • Blend all ingredients including optional protein powder (if using) then pour over ice!

Chocolate Monkey

  • 1 cup almond or coconut milk
  • 1/2 banana
  • 1 tsp peanut or almond butter
  • 1 scoop Nutridyn Fruits and Greens – Chocolate 
  • 1 tsp flax oil or ground flaxseed
  • Optional: chocolate or vanilla protein powder
  • Blend all ingredients adding ice to achieve your preferred texture and taste!

Healthy Easter Smoothie Bowl

If you’re sick of enjoying smoothies from a glass, switch it up and eat it out of a bowl instead! Smoothie bowls are typically thicker and topped with a variety of toppings for added texture and flavors.

Ingredients: 

Toppings: 

  • 1/4 sliced banana
  • 1/4 cup mixed berries
  • 1 tbsp granola
  • 1 tbsp almond butter or peanut butter (warmed)
