When it comes to helping posture, there are a few easy things that can be done. The first thing is to have your posture examined by your chiropractor and get a baseline where you stand. Getting treatment from your chiropractor can get joints moving correctly, allowing for proper muscle stimulation and activation. When joints don’t move correctly, it shuts the muscle off in that area.

The next thing that you can do is to perform proper postural exercises everyday and stretches to strengthen your postural muscles. Below is a simple, daily routine to strengthen posture: Stretches should be performed on both sides for roughly 30 – 40 seconds. Exercises should have 15 – 20 reps. Routine should be done at least twice daily.
