Jason is a NASM and FMS-1 Certified Functional Movement Coach. He has been a trainer for over 7 years and in the fitness industry for over 10 years. Jason believes Fitness can be fun and exciting- no matter where you are in your fitness journey. His main goals are to teach and build confidence in movement while focusing on long term longevity that promotes better health, education, and lifetime results through everyday life and activities. It does not matter who the individual is; Jason is willing and able to adapt and evolve them towards their needs and wants.
