For some people massage is used as a luxury or a “treat” for themselves for relaxation purposes, but for others it is an essential necessity to ease stress from work & everyday stress.

Most people are dealing with some kind of postural stress and most of the time it tends to manifest in the shoulders and neck.  More advanced forms of postural stress show up as pain or muscle weakness in the low back and gluteals caused by prolonged periods of sitting. By getting massages on a regular basis you counteract the imbalance from sitting for long periods of time.
You play a huge part in how healthy you’ll be and feel by making regular massages a priority in your health regimen. Budgeting time and money for massages is truly an investment in your health. Massages may feel like a pampering treat, but it doesn’t mean it is any less therapeutic. Consider massage appointments a necessary piece of your health and wellness plan.  I am more than happy to help you establish a treatment schedule that best meets your needs.
